Meet the Owner
Frank Turner has been in the development and construction business for over 35 years. Working with his dad’s construction company, he built dams, bridges and many high-end commercial construction projects, including a major expansion of the University of Georgia law library and Sanford Stadium.
Since beginning his own company, he’s built over 30 child care centers throughout the Southeast and Southwest and uses his experience and business acumen to assist franchisees in navigating the process of site selection and zoning. He also helps franchisees with adhering to local municipality requirements.
Frank Turner is a licensed builder in numerous states. He over sees government permits as well as the construction of each project. His contacts within the banking community are instrumental in helping to pair the proper lending institution with a prospective franchisee. He also designed the original state-of -the-art Legacy Academy facility and has overseen all upgrades since its creation in 1997.
